I had a great experience. Staff listened to me and found dresses within my price range that fit my body type. I felt comfortable throughout my appointment and never felt pressure to settle or compromise. There were tons of dresses to try on!

I came in twice, once to try on dresses alone and get a feel for what I liked and what I was comfortable in. Once I had chosen a few dresses I liked, I came back with friends and we had a whole "say yes to the dress" experience trying on dresses and drinking sparking white wine until I found the perfect dress.

I was with Claire (it says on the name card) and the experience the at Bridal Centre was fantastic. I have been to two other stores recently but I would say she was the most friendly staff among them. She let me go around and pick dresses first which is very nice and she also brought some dresses from somewhere else as she found out right away what certain style I was looking for.
Very helpful with trying some veils as well.

All with strong opinions and the consultant (Britney) was not only accommodating she dealt with everything without blinking. She had a good eye and knew what to bring out. I was very pleased with the whole appointment.

I was genuinely and kindly greeted as I walked in and everyone was very friendly ! My consultant Brittany was awesome ! I came with a large group and she was very accommodating to get everyone chairs and keep the whole group satisfied. She was very understanding and down to earth! She did a great job keeping everything organized and simple ! I did purchase my dress but she was not pressuring at all. I went and had a coffee before making my decision and came back! I was sized by another staff member who was very nice as well!

I did had a good experience, The consultant I had was Chantel. It was my first wedding dress appointment. She made the appointment fun, I felt comfortable and looked after. She answered all of my questions. That's what made it so easy to buy the gown!
